Steering Committee

The project has an interregional steering committee which meets every three months. The steering committee conprises the project management and the regional coordinators. The progress and goals that have been achieved are discussed in each meeting. The work plan for the next three-month period is agreed. All the important decisions concerning the whole project are dealt with in the steering committee.
